The Audi Q6 e-tron is a brand-new electric SUV with a fresh design from top to bottom. It’s built on a special electric car platform that Audi and Porsche created together. This platform allows the Q6 e-tron to travel farther on a single charge than previous Audi electric vehicles – up to 381 miles! The Q6 e-tron is an important step for Audi as they work towards offering electric vehicles in all their main car categories by 2027.
Audi Q6 e-tron exterior
The Audi Q6 e-tron measures 4,771mm in length, 2,193mm in width (including mirrors), and stands at 1,702mm tall. It’s designed with a longer wheelbase and shorter overhangs to make the most of its space. What makes it unique among other electric SUVs by Audi is its distinctive design, particularly its lighting system. The standout feature is the world’s first active digital light signature. This means that at the front, the lighting interacts through twelve segments, controlled by an algorithm that adjusts brightness levels dynamically.
At the back of the car, there are special OLED segments that light up digitally. These segments work together so that the brightness of the lights stays consistent. In the new Q6 e-Tron, there can be up to eight different light patterns in the daytime running lights at the front and the rear lights. This means owners can customize their car’s look freshly.
